Information we collect
The type of incident, links, incident date, description, evidence files and, if you choose, one way to contact you. We do not ask for your name, address or national ID.
To prevent abuse we keep a one-way keyed hash of your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored.
How we protect it
Evidence files are kept in private storage and are never available at a public link. Only authorised reviewers signed in with MFA can view files through short-lived links, and every access is logged.
We use cookies only to remember your language and for staff sign-in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
How long information is kept will be set by the Data Retention & Deletion Policy. Unless a legal obligation applies, you can ask us to delete your case data.
